Ordering Features
- Dine in order acceptance requires either payment authorization or staff to verify customer presence.
- To go and delivery order acceptance require prepayment.

- Dine in allows customers to signal/text staff for table assistance.
- Customers see order status: Received, Accepted, Started, Completed.

Payment Features

Note: PayPal's highest rate at the moment is 3.49% + $0.49 per transaction for simple checkout.
Restaurants selling more than $150K annually can qualify for 2.59% + $0.49 through PayPal's no extra fee Braintree service.
PayPal also offers a QR Code rate of 2.29% + $0.09 used with a 3rd party integrator.
Delivery Features
Electronic delivery apps seem to be a "death by 1000 paper cuts" problem for restaurants. eBites can help you offer delivery at no extra cost to you with drivers getting paid fairly:
- You turn on delivery if offering delivery service
- Use your own drivers or independent contractors
- eBites calculates delivery fees and suggests ETAs
- You make sure you have drivers and approve delivery requests
- Customers pay you for orders and delivery fees
- You pay delivery fees to your drivers by uploading a batch file to PayPal

Funding and Development
Restaurants are invited to fund eBites development to keep usage costs lower.
Restaurants helping to fund eBites until completed mid 2023 will receive starting October, 2022:
- A development report the end of each month
- Access to the latest features to try for suggestions and feedback
Funding makes eBites possible. Therefore, all restaurants funding eBites will receive a 1000 percent eBits llc credit for their funding. This credit will be applied to half the cost of using eBites each month once eBites is operational.
eBits llc will charge restaurants 2 percent for orders placed through eBites at the end of each calendar month.
For example, if you fund eBites $100 per month for 10 months total ($1000), you will receive a $10,000 credit toward half off each month. You are guaranteed this net 1% rate with monthly usage until your credit is fully applied. Credit is not transferable. Payment processors will charge their own fees.
If you would like to help fund eBites, please send me an email. Include your name, restaurant name and address, and the amount or monthly amount you would like to fund. I will send you an invoice or a monthly invoice (up to 10 months maximum) until eBites is completed.

Restaurants can start funding eBites to help development and for credit as long as this funding invitation is posted here.
